Dustin Strand won his first NLRA feature of the season last Saturday night at the Greenbush Race Park in Greenbush, MN. The win is his first in a Late Model in Greenbush, and his 15th of his NLRA career.

Since the series returned to Greenbush on a yearly basis in 2015, Brad Seng, driver of the No. 12S S&S Transport MB Custom, and Cole Schill, driver of the No. 44 Mid Ag Dispatch MasterSbilt by JMR, have been the ones to beat. The pair have won four of the last five races since the series returned after a four year layoff.

Two-time and defending NLRA series champion Ricky Weiss, driver of the No. 7 Hawkeye Construction Bloomquist, came out on top in a battle that had all drivers in the top seven with a shot at the win last Friday night at the River Cities Speedway.
Nine-time and defending World of Outlaws Sprint Car champion Donny Schatz, driver of the No. 15 Fargo Petro Rocket, started on the pole of the main event, but it was his counterpart on the front row, Late Model Sophomore Travis Robertson, Driver of the No. 1R Big Al's Construction MasterSbilt, who jumped out to the early lead. This Saturday night, the NLRA is set to take to the Devils Lake Speedway near Crary, ND for the 22nd time in series history. The high-banked, third-mile oval is featuring some big changes that were made over the off-season.

The 20th season of NLRA action comes to a close this Thursday night at the River Cities Speedway with the seventh running of the 'Prelude to the Johnny' that kicks off the eleventh annual John Seitz Memorial weekend.

Last weekend at the Viking Speedway in Alexandria, MN, NLRA point leader Ricky Weiss, driver of the No. 7 Derrick's Sandblasting Bloomquist, and Don Shaw, driver of the No. 42S Sure Step Victory, finished one-two both nights, with Weiss taking the opening night, and Shaw coming out victorious on Sunday.

The NLRA is set to invade the Viking Speedway in Alexandria, MN, for one of the staples on the series schedule, the Labor Day Double Header. The Viking Speedway is the biggest and fastest track, the only remaining half mile on the tour. The track sits on the Douglas County Fairgrounds, and will host the series for the 40th and 41st time, the record holder for any track the series has visited

This Saturday night, August the 26th, the NLRA will race the eleventh event of the series 20th anniversary season, returning for the second and final time this season to the high-banked quarter-mile Greenbush Race Park in Greenbush, MN.
